Patricia Joyce Renfro “Gma or Grandma Pat” August 24, 1936 – November 11, 2023 Pat was proceeded in death by her parents, Richard (Dick) and Fern Pressly, her sister Carol Meredith, her favorite brother-in-law Dick Meredith and her beautiful stepdaughter Vana Beckenhauer. She is survived by her loving and adoring Prince Charming (her husband Jack), the love of her life! She is also survived by her children, Rob Perry (Nikki), Kathy Campas, Carolyn Gregory (Jeff) and her loving niece Becky Meredith Rippa (Mike). Her stepchildren, Kathy Foley, Carol Rowan (Ray) and Rick Perry (Staci). Her Grandchildren Anthony Perry (Holly), Nicolas Perry, Robbie Perry (Ashley), Alyssa Borrilez (Gary), Kristina Wall (Justin), McKenna Gregory, Rachel Beckenhauer, Amanda Beckenhauer (Joaquin), Justin Foley (Kristen), Nicole Demmon (Byron) and Danielle Demmon (Geoff). Her Great-Grandchildren Niko Perry, Olivia Perry, Nick Perry, Ella Georgetti, Mariah Borrilez, Viviana Borrilez, Camden Wall, Ariela Beckenhauer, Phoenix Moran, Indali Moran, Leona Dill, and Everette Glidden. Pat passed peacefully in her home, winning her long battle with Dementia. She was born in Kansas City, Mo. They moved out West and ended up in Benicia. She lived her life in Benicia and Vallejo where she built a lifetime of dear friends. She and Norma Sharon met on the bus and have been BFF’s ever since. She had a long and distinguished career with Solano County Mental Health where her kindness and empathy touched so many. She also gave of herself by volunteering. In her earlier years she was very active as a March of Dimes/Mothers March President and after retiring she ran a men’s group at the Fairfield Jail where she loved to tell her guys, “I give hugs and kick ass! What will it be?” She had many “pearls of wisdom” that she shared very generously. For the last 45 years, she and Jack have been rocking the “Courts” as in Carlisle Court and Drolette Court. Both courts had the BEST neighbors who not only were dear friends, but truly became family. She and Jack also loved to spread their love all over! Mostly The Sardine Can, Elviarita’s, Sandovals Scotty’s and Sailor Jacks. She also loved to travel. She and Jack had some wonderful adventures! And she had a few with friends, but it was always an adventure. There truly is no way of covering this amazing woman...Pat, Gma, Grandma Pat and what she brought to this world and her community. We want to give a very special acknowledgment to her Angels who took such great care of her for these last two years. Michelle Ng, Judy Adams and Angela Amine, we can never thank you enough for being her special Angels and best friends! Thank you for giving her pure Love and Grace till her final breath. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 9th at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 120 East J Street, Benicia. Burial will be private.
